Personalized Training One-On-One Online Membership Software Training At Startup - It's Included!Prior to site launch, Timberlake includes valuable “live person” orientation via webinar to ensure total comfort with the membership software.  These sessions are dedicated calls between your association and Timberlake.  All of the examples use your software edition with your association's information.  This provides a comprehensive and personalized experience. 

Timberlake GO! clients receive two hours of guidance in two online webinar sessions.  Additional sessions are available for a nominal fee.

PRO! and TRANSFORM! clients receive four hours of scheduled training in three webinar sessions.  Additional webinar training sessions are available free of cost.

Additional One-On-One Online Membership Software TrainingTimberlake offers additional one-on-one training sessions.  Clients with new staff or plans to implement features not previously engaged can take advantage of this effective training option that uses your actual software with your data.  We provide the webinar and the phone capabilities.  Together we determine the agenda and use your data on your system to ensure that your staff learn and gain experience with the topic being reviewed.

Cost:  Free for PRO! and TRANSFORM! Editions
           $75 / hour for GO! Editions

Onsite Training - Full DayTimberlake offers on-site training.  This training includes a custom agenda and use of your data in each of the tutorials.  Onsite training is a full day session. 
Cost:  $1,800 / day plus travel expenses if your association's location is further than forty miles from Timberlake.
